Costs vary, depending on the location, size and condition of the space we are looking at. For every location we consider for you, we will work together on a cost analysis. Your total estimated investment could range from $400,000 to $500,000 for a typical 5,000 square foot store.
Our initial Franchise Fee is $19,880.00, plus applicable taxes, as well as a monthly royalty fee of 4% on gross monthly sales.
We start with finding your store location and work with you to negotiate the lease. After the construction phase and store layout plans are completed, product is ordered and we prepare your store for Grand Opening!
